Dexter cattle are a heritage breed and is one of the smallest breeds of cattle so you can buy the whole cow without breaking the bank and get all the PRIME cuts. Their beef is nicely marbled, has a dark red color, and excellent flavor.

When the grass is growing the herd is moved to new grass every day or 2. In the winter, we feed them hay and a little grain.

Beef is available by the 1/2 and whole. Individual cut will be available in the future.
