$5.00 per pound hanging weight. 1/4 Dexter hanging weight is approximately 125lbs . Plus processing which is paid to the butcher when you pick it up.

$250.00 deposit is required (This is NOT the total amount due)

Total weight and balance of payment will be do at the time of processing. Example wt 200lbs x $5.00 =$1000.00 - $250.00 (deposit) = $750.00 Due
